Make a difference
Help save a child's life
Your donation goes directly to life saving, surgery and care. 100% of every dollar donated reaches the children who need it most.
Every dollar you donate goes directly to transforming a child's life. Here's how your gift can contribute:
$50 helps cover daily essentials like meals and transport for a child and their carer
$1000 contributes toward a child's travel for life changing treatment
$5000 helps fund surgical procedures and medical care
Each child's medical needs are different, but every gift brings us closer to saying "yes" to the next family who needs our help.
As a completely volunteer-run organisation, 100% of every dollar you donate goes directly to treatment and care. We have no paid staff and cover our small running costs from other income streams.
Since 1988, we've helped more than 570 children access life saving surgery. Your donation joins a legacy of transformation that spans generations across Oceania.
Your support helps cover everything a child and their carer needs: world-class surgery, flights, accommodation, meals and the incidentals that make their journey possible.
We partner with leading hospitals and surgeons across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring every child receives the best possible care.
The average cost of treating a child today is $40,000 but every dollar you donate helps.

Ten years ago, ROMAC ensured Celestina from Timor-Leste had a future by bringing her to Melbourne for surgery.
