Two Vanuatu babies arrive in New Zealand for treatment

Two babies from different islands in Vanuatu have arrived in New Zealand for treatment.

New Zealand ROMAC volunteers welcomed babies Michael and Ellaniesalyna (pictured above with their mothers on arrival at Auckland).

Michael and his mother are hosted by North Shore Rotary and Ellaniesalyna and her mother by Downtown Rotary.

Both one-year-olds are cardiac patients and are due to be assessed at Auckland’s Starship Children’s Hospital.
