
Anita Binns trained and spent the majority of her professional career in the UK before moving to New Zealand four years ago, where she undertook a number of HR roles across different sectors. In December 2025, Anita and her family relocated to Perth, where they are now settled.
With more than 20 years’ experience as a Senior Administrator, HR Assistant and Office Manager, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge supporting executives and managing operations across healthcare, trades and education environments. She is known for her calm and proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and care.
Anita’s expertise includes executive and team support, HR and recruitment processes, payroll administration, compliance documentation and operational management. Her systems experience spans Xero, MyHR and HR Capsule, along with a range of business management platforms.
