At a joint meeting of the combined Rockhampton Rotary clubs late in 2025, a certificate of appreciation was presented to President Dave Peff of Rockhampton South Rotary. The certificate recognised the Club's support for ROMAC, thanking members for donating $3000 to help treat more children in need of surgery.

Representatives from Ronald McDonald House (RMH) also presented at the meeting, highlighting the strong cooperation between ROMAC and RMH across a number of locations. The Club also donated to RMH in Brisbane to provide support for one of the rooms available to parents and their sick children receiving treatment at Queensland Children's Hospital. Several of ROMAC's families have stayed at this facility which provides outpatient accommodation, kitchen facilities and assistance vital to successfully recovering from surgery.
ROMAC relies on the dedication of many volunteers, together with the ongoing support of Rotary clubs. If you are ready to help, please contact your ROMAC Regional Chair northern@romac.org.au.
